If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email us first for approval and we’ll provide an authorisation number. The items must be purchased 7 days from when your order is received and unopened in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees.
