  • Will I need to pay for return postage?
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% applies.
  • How do I make a return?
    If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email us first for approval and we'll provide an authorisation number. The items must be purchased 7 days from when your order is received and unopened in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees.
  • How long do refunds take?
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 days for it to appear in your account.

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    It depends on your location and the option you select. Express can take 1-3 business days and Standard can take 2-7 business days to arrive.

    We apologise for this happening. Please email info@mobileautodetailers.com.au with the details and our warehouse team will crosscheck the items you received with the items processed when your order was packed.
